J Dawgs!

Today I was feeling a little blue after my doctors appointment...

No progress...

Not even a little change from last Monday's appointment...

Sad fish...

I'm so ready to meet this little lady already!

So we called up Dad and took him to lunch at J Dawgs. A place he's been trying to get me to try for a while (I have to be in a certain mood for a hot dog). So glad we did!

DELICIOUS

We will be returning.

"Hop Over You!"

Something I like to do to pass the time while waiting for an appointment, Neil to come to bed, etc. is watch some of the videos I've taken of my kids and husband on my iPod.

YouTube Video

I always find myself smiling.

Enjoy!

A Rare Event

Yesterday was quite the day!

We started off with my niece Jaycee's baptism, such an awesome experience! Then had a nice luncheon and the headed over to Charity's house for a little birthday party for another niece Sienna. A few hours later we all loaded into vehicles and drove down to Fountain Green for a baby shower for Erika who is expecting her first, a little boy. All of my sisters were in town with all the kids, so we needed a grandkids picture for my Mom's desk at work.

Starting from the top left: Jaycee holding Logan(both Charity's), Madalynn holding Jaxyn(both Tiffany's), Peyton(Daisie's), Houston(Daisie's) holding Morgan(Chavonne's).
Next row: Gavyn(Tiffany's), Dusty(Felicia's), Wyatt and Misty(both Chavonne's) Brynn(turned around, Charity's)
Next row: Sydnie(Charity's), Adia(mine), Sienna(Daisie's), Kaylee(Felicia's), Evelyn(mine), and Kort(in the baby carrier, Felicia's)

Grand total: 18, 9 boys, 9 girls.

By May 2011 we'll have added one more boy and one more girl.

It was so awesome to get to spend the whole day surrounded by all my sisters and close family. It really is a rare event to get us all in the same place at the same time.

A Night Out!

Daddy was later at school tonight then we were originally planning on. So to save Mom's sanity, away to the mall we went.

They have this awesome enclosed FREE play area, for kids just this tall or shorter. The only requirement: socks. (you better believe I have 2 extra pairs of socks in my purse all the time, just in case). Above Eve is riding the butterfly.

Adia in the hollow log. Although all the toys look like hard shiny plastic they are actually soft and squishy so they are extra small kid friendly.

Getting ready to go down the tree slide together. Getting them to wait for me to snap a picture was a joke.

Eve loved riding her buddy, the turtle. You can also see the bunny behind them, he's a good friend of theirs too.

Adia stopping to smell the giant flowers... and then she proceeded to go around and smell ever surface in the play area, silly girl. It was late so we had the place to our selves. It was great to get out and spend time with my girls.
